This casino resort is 0.7 mi (1.2 km) from T-Mobile Arena and 0.8 mi (1.3 km) from MGM Grand Garden Arena. We were sad to leave Las Vegas, but when we rode the green smelly elevator down for the last time, we were glad to be headed home.Located in Las Vegas (Las Vegas Strip), Luxor Hotel and Casino is within a 15-minute walk of Michelob Ultra Arena and Casino at Luxor Las Vegas. Everything was great and enjoyable on this trip, except when we were at the Luxor. For our inconvenience, Oliver did offer us a $100.00 resort credit towards Spa treatments that start at a cost over $100, but we declined. We did attempt to get another room but per management (Oliver), water was an issue throughout so room change would not have corrected issue. Showers from plane ride, and getting ready for dinner was uncomfortable to begin the stay. There was no hot water in our area of the hotel. Unfortunately after arriving in our room we discovered a Hot Water issue. The beginning of our visit began with the green elevator ride that smelled like someone used the restroom in it. This location is ideal for being near almost everything fun. We chose this site for sentimental reasons, and if we do it again it will only be for that reason.
